We seek to build a well diversified portfolio of direct investments and venture & private equity fund investments

Direct investments

  • €5m to €75m equity investment per opportunity with the possibility to partner for larger tickets.
  • Focus on the Benelux for close proximity to the management. Other opportunities across Europe are also considered.
  • Strong management teams.
  • Minority or majority positions with at a least a board seat.
  • Long-term patient capital (no time constraints) and partnerships with like-minded managers.

Indirect investments

  • Private equity and venture capital funds.
  • Up to €10m commitment per fund.
  • Sector agnostic.
  • Focus on Europe & North America.
  • Investing only in funds in which general partners have skin in the game.
